At Veera Events Pvt. Ltd., every event is customized specifically for each client. Therefore, our cancellation and refund policy is designed to reflect the planning and preparation involved.
Booking Amount
An advance payment is required to confirm the booking.
Bookings are considered confirmed only after receipt of the agreed advance payment.
Cancellation by Client
If a client wishes to cancel an event, the request must be submitted in writing via email.
Any refund, if applicable, will depend on:
- Planning work already completed
- Vendor bookings made
- Materials purchased
- Services already delivered
Non-Refundable Expenses
The following expenses are generally non-refundable once incurred:
- Venue booking charges
- Vendor booking fees
- Customized décor materials
- Floral arrangements
- Printing costs
- Travel and accommodation bookings
- Any third-party advance payments
Customized Services
As all our décor, staffing, and event planning services are customized, completed planning work and customized arrangements are non-refundable.
Event Date Changes
Requests to reschedule an event are subject to:
- Availability of the requested date
- Vendor availability
- Additional costs, if applicable
Rescheduling is not guaranteed.
Cancellation by Veera Events Pvt. Ltd.
If we are unable to provide services due to unforeseen circumstances, we will discuss suitable alternatives or process any applicable refund after deducting non-recoverable third-party expenses already incurred.
Force Majeure
Refunds shall not apply where services are affected by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:
- Natural disasters
- Government restrictions
- Pandemics
- War
- Civil unrest
- Extreme weather
- Venue restrictions
